Chamberlain Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 stick of margarine, melted
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream (churned is good)
- 2 one-lb loaves of frozen bread or 1 package of rolls. (Thawed)
- Cinnamon
- Pecans
In a 9 x 13 pan place pecans on the bottom.
Thaw loaves or rolls. If using rolls, thaw, and cut in half with
scissors, roll each in cinnamon, place in pan on top of pecans. They
can be in more than one layer.
If using a loaf. Thaw, roll out, spread with cinnamon, generously, roll
up, slice and lay over pecans.
Melt margarine, mix in brown sugar and ice cream and let it melt enough
to make a slurry.
Pour the slurry over the dough in the pan and place in refrigerator over
night. They wil rise some in the fridge. Take them out and bring to
room temperature allowing them to rise more. Once at room temp., bake at
375 (until brown I guess). Turn out onto platter and serve.
